RR Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Raffles Resume (RR) provides a resume rewriting service only. This involves optimizing existing content provided by the client. We do not provide original content creation for roles or experiences not previously disclosed.

2. Information Requests & Cooperation

You agree that RR will request additional information to complete the rewrite. This includes, but is not limited to, detailed career history, specific achievements, and technical skills.

Response Time: You agree to respond to all requests for additional information within 48 hours. Delays in response will result in a proportional delay in the delivery of your draft.

3. Revision Policy

Limit: Your purchase entitles you to one (1) round of revisions.

Timeline: If no revision requests are made within 7 days of draft delivery, the project will be considered finalized and accepted by the client.

4. No Guarantees of Employment

While RR aims to significantly improve the quality of your professional documents, we do not guarantee job interviews or job offers.

The candidate is solely responsible for their own job search, the identification of suitable roles, and the submission of applications.

RR is not responsible for the outcome of any application or the hiring decisions of third-party employers.

5. Final Review and Acceptance

The candidate is responsible for the final proofreading of all documents. Once the designated review period has passed, the candidate is deemed to have accepted the final document as-is. Following this acceptance, RR is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the product.
