We treat your career history as strictly confidential. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by RR for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We retain your files for at least six months following project completion to assist with any future updates, after which they may be deleted.

2. Terms of Service (Service Agreement)

1. Nature of Service

Raffles Resume (RR) provides a specialized resume rewriting service. We focus on the strategic optimization of the content you provide. While we enhance your narrative, we do not engage in the creation of unverifiable career details.

2. Client Cooperation & Communication

A successful rewrite requires active collaboration. By engaging RR, you agree to:

The 48-Hour Rule: Respond to any requests for additional career information within 48 hours.

Information Disclosure: Provide honest and detailed input regarding your professional background as requested by RR.

3. Delivery and Revision Policy

Revision Limit: Each purchase includes one (1) round of revisions.

Deemed Acceptance: If no revision requests are made within 7 days of draft delivery, the project will be considered finalized and accepted by the client.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are only possible if you have not yet submitted or uploaded your CV to RR for review. Once your document is received by us, the service is deemed to have commenced.

Processing Fee: All eligible refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable transaction and processing costs.

5. Professional Disclaimer

RR is a personal branding and document optimization service. We do not provide job placement services or guarantees of employment.

The candidate is solely responsible for their own job search and the accuracy of the information in their final applications.

RR is not liable for any employment outcomes or the success of job applications.

6. Modifications to Terms

RR reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective once posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service following any changes signifies your agreement to the new terms.
